Return Policy

The returned goods/products will be inspected together with the receipt and the goods should be in good condition. The packaging should also be kept in its original condition, in the original shipping container received. If the item/product has been used or damaged by the customer, no refund will be given. PLMR is also not responsible if your shipment is lost in return transit. Once we have inspected and confirmed the goods/products, the customer will receive the refund within 7 days after confirmation.

Refund Policy

Damages and problems
Please check your order when you receive it, and if the item is defective, damaged, or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Replacement
The quickest way to make sure you get what you need is to return the item you own, and once the return is accepted, buy a new item separately.

Exceptional/non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific project, please contact us.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
