- Please verify that there is a correct shipping address on your order before payment, as this is the address we will ship to.
- In the event of force majeure, the order processing will be delayed. Nevertheless, we can ensure that your order is processed quickly, weather permitting.
- We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that the product is not damaged, if the item is damaged during transportation, please contact us immediately through sg@plmr.cc within 3 working days after receiving the shipment.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming your order details. Once the item has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order number, carrier information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and the package tracking number of the shipped item. You can track your items on the carrier’s official website 24 hours a day.

- International shipping does mean that you may have to pay customs and import taxes. All international clients are responsible for their home country’s customs rates. For more information, we recommend that you contact your local customs office.
